Can I use included credits for SMS?
No. Included and bonus credits only work for Pulse IQ (internal AI actions). SMS, Voice, and Document Signing require purchased credits.
What happens to unused included credits?
Included credits bank up to 2 months. If you don't use them, they roll over next month. After 2 months, unused credits expire.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. Buy them anytime and use them whenever you need.
How does Pulse decide which credits to use?
For SMS/Voice/Signing: Purchased credits only. For Pulse IQ: Bonus credits first (oldest expiring first), then included credits, then purchased credits.
Can I get a refund on purchased credits?
Purchased credits are non-refundable, but they never expire. You can use them anytime, even if you cancel your subscription.
